  • I can’t attend a class, what should I do?

Please text your teacher if you can’t attend a class so your space can be made available for make-up classes.

  • Can I make-up a class I miss?

It may be possible to make-up for a missed class the same or following week of a missed class. Please text your teacher to check the availability of attending an alternative class

  • Can I try a class first?

You are welcome to trial any of our term classes before you sign up for the term. The cost is the single class rate which can be found on our “classes” page. Please contact us if you would like to book in for a trial.

  • Do you offer group classes?

Yes! We proudly offer a wide-variety of group classes. Classes are available in the morning and evening. We teach in terms but you can start during the term as well. Be sure to sign-up in advance to reserve your spot. You can also learn more about our classes by checking out our “classes” page.

  • What should I bring for a workout?

Here are a few of our suggestions:

    • Workout towel
    • Water bottle
    • Workout clothes that you can move and sweat in
    • Workout shoes – some classes are in bare feet
    • Your own mat or beach towel – we supply a mat but we ask you to place your own mat or beach towel over the one supplied
  • How do I make payments?

We send you an invoice which you can pay by direct bank deposit or cash.

  • Can I cancel partway through the term or course?

To keep our classes small and affordable we rely on students committing for the full teaching term or course. If you cannot complete the teaching term or course we do not refund partway once you have signed up.

  • Do you offer personal training services?

Yes! We have a certified personal trainer that can help you meet your specific fitness goals. Our personal trainer will always support, motivate, and help you achieve your fitness and health goals. See our “personal training” page.

  • How do I sign-up?

Signing-up to classes or courses is easy. Phone or email us with the class(es) or course you would like to do. You will be sent a confirmation with all the details and a separate invoice that is payable before attending your first class as well as a Consent Form.

You have to complete the signed Consent Form before starting your first class. This Consent Form needs to be given to your Instructor. For more information visit:

  • When can I workout?

We offer over 10 classes a week, most mornings and evenings.

  • Are there late payment fees?

There are no late payment fee. Payments are due before you attend your first class. You also pay for the entire teaching term and course upfront.
